Steven Hatfill found himself the subject of smears and outright lies by the government after an anonymous person sent anthrax to various people in the US, including 2 Senators. Five people died, and 17 became seriously ill.

The government is evil.

With NO evidence, the government tried to make Hatfill a scapegoat and bumrush him to judgement before anyone could figure out the truth. They were aided and abetted in this criminal enterprise by a willing and compliant media.

The mainstream media is evil.

Fortunately, Hatfill fought back and was able to achieve vindication, sort of. He got a one time 2.8 million dollar settelment and a 150,000 dollar annuity. That will help him earn an income, but it wont make up for the fact that the government destroyed his professional reputation.

This is par for the course for the Government Class, that now rules America. This collection of newspeople, government employees and politicians, and complicit business people, all have entered into a complicity of sentiment. A sentiment that is manifestly at odds with the values and interest of American and its people.

In this case, they needed a scapegoat for their anthrax scare, Steven Hatfill was it.

Of course the people responsible for Hatfill’s persecution will never face justice. The American taxpayers will pay for their misdeeds.

If this crap is to ever stop, we will need to hold the individual government employees, newspeople and assorted government groupies personally liable. These people need to be faced with personal ruin and imprisonment. Maybe then they wont be so cavalier with truth and justice.
